Menu & Timing
Coffee for the Wedding Day

Coffee service can be scheduled at different points in the wedding day, from earlier in the celebration to later in the reception. The right service window depends on the schedule and when guests are most likely to order.
The menu can combine specialty coffee with selected non-coffee options such as matcha, tea, refreshers, hot chocolate, and mocktails.
Couples can keep familiar drink names or personalize selected drinks. Previous Coffee Malem wedding menus have included names such as I Do a Latte and My Lovecino. If you have a particular drink or flavor in mind, include it during planning so Coffee Malem can determine how it fits the menu and service format.
For the Couple
First Sips of Forever

First Sips of Forever brings one part of the coffee service behind the bar.
The groom is guided by a Coffee Malem barista as he pulls the espresso, steams the milk, and prepares a coffee for the bride.
The experience creates a natural moment for the photographer to capture the preparation, presentation, and first sip.
Design Details
Details That Carry Through the Service

Wedding artwork can be carried across the cart, drinkware, and menu.
Names, initials, the wedding date, florals, a monogram, or other approved artwork can be applied to different parts of the setup. A design might appear on the cart, continue onto the cups, and reappear in the menu presentation.
Past Coffee Malem weddings have used names, dates, floral elements, and script treatments across customized carts and drinkware.
Have artwork or a monogram ready? Include it with the inquiry so Coffee Malem can confirm where it can be used and the production time required.

Venue & Capacity
Planning the Service

Coffee Malem works from the venue and the planner requirements provided during planning.
Those requirements help determine the number of carts and baristas, along with the service capacity needed.
Guest count is only part of the calculation. A single coffee cart typically serves 65–80 guests per hour. A wedding where guests order gradually calls for a different setup from one where demand is concentrated into a shorter period.
For larger weddings or concentrated demand, Coffee Malem can add carts, baristas, or espresso capacity based on the menu, timing, and available space.
Share any venue or planner requirements related to load-in, power, placement, outdoor service, or timing. Coffee Malem reviews those requirements before confirming the service plan.
The setup is sized around the busiest part of the service and the space available at the venue.
