A Staffed Coffee Bar for Your Guests
Coffee Malem’s coffee carts operate as staffed mobile espresso bars, with drinks prepared to order by professional baristas throughout the service window.
The cart can serve as a central hospitality point where guests can stop for coffee, matcha, tea, or other drinks while the rest of the event continues around it.
A single cart typically serves about 65–80 guests per hour. For larger gatherings or shorter periods of concentrated demand, additional carts or baristas can be coordinated.
For events where the guest count, venue, or service pace calls for a different format, Coffee Malem can also recommend a larger multi-cart setup or the Coffee Truck.

Menu & Personalization
Build the Menu Around the Occasion
Menus can include familiar café drinks alongside specialty coffee and non-coffee options.
Depending on the event, selections may include espresso drinks, specialty coffee, matcha, chai, tea, refreshers, hot chocolate, and selected mocktails.
Customization can include cart graphics, custom cups, event-specific menus and drink names, latte art printing, and other presentation details.
A two-flavor gelato cart can also be added, with optional cart and umbrella branding.
Some hosts keep the standard presentation. Others carry a color palette, theme, names, artwork, or another event detail through the cart, cups, or menu.

Coffee Malem has experience with cultural and religious gatherings including Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Brit Milah, baptisms, engagements, Katb el-Kitab, henna celebrations, and community events.
Coffee Malem can also accommodate events with kosher requirements, with certification available where applicable.

Coffee is prepared in traditional pots set into heated sand, creating a distinct preparation method alongside the main coffee service.

A single cart typically serves about 65–80 guests per hour. The appropriate setup also depends on when guests are most likely to order. A gathering where most guests approach the cart during one short period may need a different setup from an event where ordering is spread across several hours.
Larger Gatherings
Additional carts or baristas can be coordinated when the guest count, venue layout, or service timing calls for more capacity.
Venue & Home Access
Coffee Malem can serve private events at homes and event venues. Share any details that may affect access, cart placement, available power, setup timing, or movement through the space. Venue loading instructions or other restrictions are helpful when applicable.
Outdoor Service
Coffee carts can operate outdoors when the site provides suitable access, a level working area, available power, and appropriate protection from weather conditions.
What’s Included
Typical bookings include professional barista service, unlimited drinks from the agreed menu during the service window, drinkware, alternative milks, and ice.
Service Minimum
Coffee Malem has a two-hour service minimum.
Insurance
Coffee Malem can provide a Certificate of Insurance and name the venue, client, or other required party as an additional insured when requested.
Lead Time
Three to four weeks is ideal, particularly for events involving custom cups, cart graphics, or other produced elements. Shorter-notice events may still be possible depending on the date, location, availability, and scope.
