Coffee Malem brings a staffed coffee cart to the event. Baristas prepare drinks individually as guests order.

The cart operates as a mobile espresso bar, with guest count, service time, available space, and expected demand helping determine the setup.

Private-event service has a two-hour minimum.

For events with sustained high-volume demand, Coffee Malem may recommend the Coffee Truck & High-Volume Events service instead.

Menus can include familiar café drinks alongside specialty coffee and non-coffee options.

Selections may include classic espresso drinks, specialty coffee, matcha, chai, tea, refreshers, hot chocolate, and mocktails.

Customization can include custom cart graphics, custom cups, menu presentation, event-specific drink names, latte art printing, and other special requests.

Some hosts keep the standard presentation, while others personalize the cart, cups, menu, or other details.

If you have a particular drink, flavor, theme, or presentation idea in mind, include it when you inquire.

Coffee Malem has experience with cultural and religious gatherings, including Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Brit Milah, baptisms, engagements, Katb el-Kitab, henna celebrations, and community events.

Coffee Malem can also accommodate events with kosher requirements, with certification available where applicable.

If your celebration follows Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or another cultural or religious tradition, tell us about any menu, timing, presentation, or service requirements that matter to the occasion.

Turkish Coffee on Hot Sand adds a live preparation element to the service. Prepared in front of guests and using a traditional hot-sand method, it offers a very unique style of service.

It can be especially fitting for celebrations where traditional coffee service is part of the occasion, or simply as another way to serve coffee.
