Service Options
Coffee Carts, Multiple Service Points & Coffee Truck
Mobile Coffee Carts

Coffee Malem’s carts operate as staffed mobile espresso bars, with drinks prepared to order by professional baristas.
Carts work indoors or outdoors and can be positioned close to guests.
Multiple Carts or Service Points
For larger guest counts, short service windows, or events spread across several areas, Coffee Malem can coordinate multiple carts or service points.
The appropriate setup depends on when guests are likely to order, not total attendance alone.

Coffee Truck

The Coffee Truck is Coffee Malem’s mobile café format for outdoor and larger-scale events where higher-volume coffee service is needed.
The truck requires suitable vehicle access, safe and level placement, adequate operating space, and any permissions required by the venue or event.
The Coffee Cart
A Staffed Mobile Espresso Bar Built Into the Event
The coffee cart brings made-to-order coffee service directly into the event. It is suited to business meetings, conferences, trade shows and expos, product launches, retail events, and brand activations. It also works well for weddings and private celebrations.
Its placement and working area are planned around the venue, service schedule, and expected guest flow.

01
Made-to-order service
Espresso drinks are prepared during the event rather than set out as self-service refreshments.
02
Professional baristas
The team prepares drinks, welcomes guests, and maintains the station throughout the service window.
03
Considered presentation
The cart, menu display, drinkware, and approved branded elements are coordinated with the venue and event design.
04
Designed for the venue
The cart can be used in offices, conference venues, showrooms, hotels, and private event spaces, with its footprint, placement, and guest flow considered in advance.

The Menu
A Focused Menu Keeps Quality Consistent and Service Moving

Event menus can include hot and iced espresso drinks, specialty coffee, matcha, tea, hot chocolate, refreshers, and selected mocktails.
The final menu is curated around the audience, event format, and pace of service so drinks can be prepared consistently throughout the service window.
Coffee Malem can also consider event-specific drink selections and custom menu concepts where appropriate.
Branding & Experience
Customization and Special Additions
Customization can extend beyond the drinks themselves.
Options may include branded carts and cups, custom menu presentation, event-specific drink names, Turkish coffee on hot sand, latte art printing with approved artwork, or a two-flavor gelato cart with optional cart and umbrella branding.
Not every event needs the same level of customization. A branded cup or menu may be enough for one program, while a launch or activation may call for several coordinated elements.
Lead time, production requirements, venue conditions, and service pace all affect what is practical. If you already have artwork or a specific idea in mind, include it with the inquiry so Coffee Malem can review the options with you.

Common Questions
Before You Book

For short breaks or concentrated demand, Coffee Malem can coordinate multiple carts or service points and adjust staffing to match the expected guest flow.
Alternative milks are available, and Coffee Malem can accommodate certain dietary and kosher requirements. Kosher certification is available where applicable. Share any specific requirements during planning so they can be reviewed in advance.
Pricing depends on guest count, service duration, location, setup requirements, menu, staffing, and any branding or customization. Share the basic event details, and Coffee Malem can recommend a suitable setup and provide a custom quote.
