Serving New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia and the Main Line, and Delaware. Coffee Malem is also available for selected projects in California and other U.S. markets by arrangement. View all service areas and travel availability.

The Coffee Cart

A mobile coffee bar built into the flow of your event.

The coffee cart brings made-to-order coffee service directly into the event. It is suited to business meetings, conferences, trade shows and expos, product launches, retail events, and brand activations. It also works well for weddings, anniversaries, bridal showers, baby showers, and other private celebrations.

Its placement and working area are planned around the venue, service schedule, and expected guest flow.

A single coffee cart generally serves approximately 65 to 80 guests per hour. When demand is concentrated or the service window is short, Coffee Malem can increase capacity with additional carts and baristas or use the Coffee Truck for higher-volume service. Larger coordinated setups can support up to 500 guests per hour when the venue, menu, and timing allow.

01

Made-to-order service

Espresso drinks are prepared during the event rather than set out as self-service refreshments.

02

Trained baristas

The team prepares drinks, welcomes guests, and maintains the station throughout the service window.

03

Considered presentation

The cart, menu display, drinkware, and approved branded elements are coordinated with the venue and event design.

04

Designed for the venue

The cart can be used in offices, conference venues, showrooms, hotels, and private event spaces, with its footprint, placement, and guest flow considered in advance.

How it works

Every setup starts with the event itself.

01

Share the event details

Start with the date, venue, guest count, service window, and any known branding or logistical requirements.

02

We shape the service plan

We match the menu, number of carts, staffing, equipment, and station layout to the venue and expected demand.

03

We confirm the logistics

Load-in, working space, electrical access, setup timing, outdoor conditions, and venue restrictions are confirmed in advance.

04

The team prepares and serves

Baristas prepare the station, serve the agreed menu throughout the service window, welcome guests, and complete the breakdown afterward.

The Menu

A focused menu keeps quality consistent and service moving.

Latte with a Dolce & Gabbana-branded cup, custom drink menu, and coordinated black-and-red napkins prepared by Coffee Malem.

Espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, chocolate drinks, refreshers, and mocktails can be brought together in a focused event menu, with dairy and alternative milks available.

Bookings include a minimum two-hour service window and unlimited drinks from the agreed menu. Drinkware, alternative milks, and ice are included as standard.

The final menu is tailored to the audience and pace of service, so each drink can be prepared consistently.

Branding & Experience

Customization and Special Additions

Customization can extend beyond the drinks themselves.

Options may include branded carts and cups, custom menu presentation, event-specific drink names, Turkish coffee on hot sand, and latte art printing with approved artwork.

Not every event needs the same level of customization. A branded cup or menu may be enough for one program, while a launch or activation may call for several coordinated elements.

Lead time, production requirements, venue conditions, and service pace all affect what is practical. If you already have artwork or a specific idea in mind, include it with the inquiry so Coffee Malem can review the options with you.

Frequently asked questions

A few practical details before you inquire.

How far in advance should I inquire?

Three to four weeks is ideal for fully customized service, especially for popular dates or branded activations. Shorter-notice requests may be possible depending on availability, location, and scope.

How many guests can one cart serve?

A single cart typically serves 65–80 guests per hour. For larger audiences or shorter service windows, Coffee Malem may recommend additional carts and baristas. Coordinated multi-station setups can support up to 500 guests per hour, depending on the menu, staffing, venue, and timing of demand.

What is included in a typical booking?

Each booking is planned around the event and includes a minimum two-hour service window with unlimited drinks from the agreed menu. Standard inclusions include drinkware, alternative milks, and ice. Menus may feature hot and cold specialty coffee drinks, refreshers, and mocktails.

What venue information does Coffee Malem need?

Coffee Malem will review the venue address, load-in route, working area, electrical access, event schedule, service window, expected guest count, and any indoor or outdoor conditions. Venue restrictions or required approvals should also be shared in advance.

What customization options are available?

Depending on the event, options may include branded carts and cups, custom menu presentation, event-specific drink names, Turkish coffee on hot sand, and latte art printing with approved artwork. Other special requests can also be considered.

Available options depend on lead time, production requirements, venue conditions, and the pace of service.

Can the service be set up outdoors?

Yes. The coffee cart can be set up indoors or outdoors when the site provides suitable access, power, a level working area, and appropriate protection from weather. Coffee Malem will review the location and setup requirements before confirming the service plan.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing reflects the service duration, guest count, menu, staffing, location, and any branding or customization requirements. After reviewing the inquiry, Coffee Malem prepares a tailored quote based on the event requirements.

Planning an event?

Start with the event, not the package.

Share the date, venue, guest count, service window, and what you want the coffee service to add.

Coffee Malem will recommend the most appropriate setup.
